Edward A Lewis, MD
Dr. Lewis is a board-certified pain physician and anesthesiologist. He received his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical School at Houston, where he also completed his residency in anesthesiology. He developed a desire to help pain patients early in his career. Over his 28 year career he has served as medical director of several pain clinics and served on hospital boards in Texas and North Carolina. Dr. Lewis brings a wide range of experience with interventional treatment of all forms of acute and chronic pain. He is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Neuromodulation Society and the American Academy of Pain Medicine.
Dr. Lewis likes to spend his free time with his family and friends. His interests are snow skiing, hiking, gardening, traveling, and watching the Discovery Channel. He is a lifetime learner. An interesting fact about Dr. Lewis is that he has been on the Oprah show!
Eric Roslonski, DO
Dr. Roslonski grew up in southwestern Pennsylvania and attended St. Vincent College where he majored in biology. He is board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Pain Medicine, and Neuromuscular Medicine. He received his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Roslonski completed an Osteopathic internship at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center-Mckeesport Hospital. He then completed his residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Indiana University School of Medicine followed by a fellowship in Pain Medicine at Penn State College of Medicine.
Prior to relocating to North Carolina, Dr. Roslonski practiced outpatient Pain Management for a health system in southwestern Pennsylvania for over 11 years where he served as director of the institute’s Spine Clinic. He has a special interest in diagnosing and treating painful neuromuscular and spinal conditions. As a physiatrist and osteopathic physician, Dr. Roslonski focuses on treating the “whole person” in addition to the underlying disease state. He encourages each patient to take an active role in their health and treatment plan. His treatment goals are to focus on each case individually, and to improve function, well-being, and overall quality of life.
Dr. Roslonski is a member of the American Medical Association, American Osteopathic Association, and a fellow of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
Dr. Roslonski has twin boys and enjoys travelling with his sons and wife visiting friends and family. The variety of outdoor activities located throughout Western North Carolina attracted Dr. Roslonski and his family to the region. He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys fly-fishing, hiking, and shooting sports. Dr. Roslonski attended St. Vincent College on a basketball scholarship and scored over 2000 points in his high school career.
Austin Albright, MD
Dr. Albright is a board-certified pain management physician and physiatrist (physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist). He received his medical degree from East Tennessee State Quillen College of Medicine graduating in 2014. He completed his physical medicine and rehabilitation residency and pain management fellowship at the University of Virginia. Dr. Albright prides himself in providing the most up to date and cutting-edge treatment solutions for his patients. He further prides himself in serving the greater Appalachian area from which he is from. Dr. Albright’s professional interests include procedural pain management (including neuromodulation and advanced neuraxial procedures), musculoskeletal medicine, neuromuscular medicine (including electrodiagnostics), regenerative medicine practices, and spasticity management.
Dr. Albright likes to spend his free time with his beautiful wife and long-haired dachshund. His other interests include strength and conditioning, sports (of all kinds), automobiles/mechanical work, fishing, and hiking. An interesting fact about Dr. Albright is that he is an avid University of Tennessee Volunteers fan and his favorite song is Rocky Top!
Colin Walter Mychak, DO
Dr. Mychak was raised in rural central Pennsylvania and attended the Pennsylvania College of Technology where he received a bachelor's degree as a Physician Assistant. Having discovered his passion and wishing to pursue his medical education further, Dr. Mychak went on to earn his medical degree from Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine-Carolinas Campus in Spartanburg, SC. He then went on to complete his residency in Family Medicine at Comanche County Memorial Hospital in Lawton, OK. Following a brief entry into practice upon graduation from residency, Dr Mychak opted to pursue further training through an ACGME accredited Pain Medicine fellowship at Larkin Community Hospital in South Miami, FL.
Dr. Mychak is currently certified by the American Board of Family Medicine as a Pain Medicine physician and a board-certified Family Medicine physician. He maintains membership in the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, North American Neuromodulation Society, American College of Osteopathic Physicians, American Osteopathic Academy of Addiction Medicine, and American Osteopathic Association. Dr. Mychak prides himself on taking the time to listen to his patients and explaining the patient's diagnosis and treatment options. He believes patient understanding and involvement is the key to successful outcomes in the comprehensive management of chronic pain.
When he is not in clinic, he enjoys hiking, shooting, playing guitar, and spending time with his young family.
J. Taylor Mansfield, DO
Dr. Mansfield is from Knoxville, TN, where he graduated with a B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Tennessee. He then attended Lincoln Memorial University, where he completed his doctor of osteopathic medicine from Lincoln Memorial University in 2017. Dr. Mansfield went onto complete his internship at United Health Services in Johnson City, NY followed by a residency in Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, D.C. in 2021.
He most recently completed a Pain Medicine Fellowship at the University of Virginia Department of Anesthesiology in Charlottesville, VA. He is excited to work with patients to address their pain management concerns. In his free time, Dr. Mansfield enjoys surfing, wakeboarding, golf, photography, and rock climbing.
E. Alycia Moore, PA-C
Alycia Moore is a board-certified Physician Assistant. Alycia is originally from Ormond Beach, Florida, and attended University of South Florida where she graduated with a BS in Psychology. She then attended Medical University of South Carolina where she completed her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies. She moved to Hendersonville, North Carolina in 2013 and has worked throughout Western North Carolina providing care in both urban and rural environments.
Alycia’s background in Psychology and her innate compassion make her an exceptional provider for those suffering from chronic pain. Alycia’s dedication to holistic care helps provide patients with a complete and comprehensive treatment plan.
Alycia is married to her high school sweetheart, and they have one son and a dog. Alycia loves hiking, boating and traveling. Alycia writes novellas and poetry and won a writing award in college.
Todd Lipphardt, PA-C
Todd Lipphardt is a board-certified Physician Assistant through the National Commission of Physician Assistants. He received his undergraduate degree from Ohio Northern University in Ada, Ohio and his Physician Assistant degree from Kettering College of Medical Arts, in 1988. Attracted by the beautiful mountains and scenery, he moved from Michigan to North Carolina in 2015. His approach to caring for patients is to provide them with the knowledge and resources that will help them best manage their health.
Todd spends as much of his free time, as he can, with his wife. Their 3 children are now adults and out in the real world, but he still sees them as often as possible. He enjoys the outdoors, especially hiking and camping. He’s also actively involved in community theater and enjoys taxidermy.
Michael Dana, PA-C
Mike Dana is a board-certified Physician Assistant originally from Northeastern Pennsylvania. After serving nine years honorably in the United States Air Force, Mike received both his Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training and Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from King’s College.
Mike’s background is in sports medicine and orthopedic surgery, which makes him an excellent addition to the team. Mike’s clinical background and military experiences only strengthen the empathy and compassion with those who suffer from chronic pain. He encourages patients to take an active role in their health to maximize total balance in their physical, mental and emotional wellness.
Mike enjoys playing sports, spending time outdoors, traveling and living a healthy lifestyle.
Michael Moziak, PA-C
Michael Moziak is a board-certified Physician Assistant through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. He has undergraduate degrees in Biology (SUNY Oswego, NY) and Radiation Therapy (SUNY Upstate Medical, NY). After working with oncology patients being a Radiation Therapist, he wanted to expand his care for patients and graduated with his Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies in 2016 (SUNY Upstate Medical, NY).
Following graduation, Michael worked in the Adirondack mountains of northern New York in the areas of Emergency Medicine and Pain Management. He relocated to North Carolina in 2019 and is an avid hiker.
A fun fact about Michael is that he loves to cook and holds numerous nutrition/integrative health certificates. His approach to patient care emphasis whole patient care incorporating his classic medical training with integrative components.
Joseph Richichi, PA-C
Joe Richichi is a board-certified Physician Assistant, a graduate of Indiana University-Purdue University with a Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies, where he obtained extensive experience practicing in the medical specialties of Spine Surgery and Orthopedic Trauma Surgery. He is originally from Naples, Florida, where he worked as a Medical Assistant for his father's Family Medicine practice at Richichi Family Health. He attributes his affinity for compassionate patient care from his father's guidance and approach to serving patients in the highest quality.
Joe is also a professional drummer/percussionist, having performed in a variety of musical groups and venues all over Southwest Florida. He is professionally-certified in drums and percussion from the Musician's Institute of Hollywood, CA. Joe is an avid music lover and enjoys going to concerts whenever his busy schedule allows. He is currently involved with multiple music groups in Western North Carolina and provides his drumming services for recording sessions as well.
Dr. Jennifer Windsor
Dr. Jennifer Windsor is board-certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and a proud 12-year Army veteran. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Combined Science from the University of Akron and her medical degree from Northeast Ohio Medical University.
Dr. Windsor completed her residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. She further enhanced her expertise by obtaining an MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Administration from the University of Northern Colorado and completing a fellowship in interventional pain medicine at MetroHealth/Case Western Reserve University.
Outside of her professional commitments, Dr. Windsor enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, golfing, and skiing, and cherishes time with her goldendoodle, Wrigley.
Teonna Clayton, FNP
Teonna Clayton is a doctorally-prepared board-certified family nurse practitioner. She received her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of North Carolina in Wilmington. Her nursing background mainly consists of critical care experience, which lead her to pursue her advanced practice degree. Her goal is to provide holistic care and increase the health and quality of life for her patients.
Teonna was born and raised in Western North Carolina, where she currently resides with her husband and son. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, spending time outdoors, and reading.
